Earl's
House which is rented by the owner, has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are
decorated with beautiful Moroccan
tiles, 2 large bathrooms with
bathtub/shower, a comfortable living
room with television and a DVD player, a well
equipped kitchen with a dining table
and chairs. Off the kitchen is a
lovely terrace/garden with an
additional dining table. The house has
Air conditioning and heating in two of
the bedrooms. The accommodation is on
two floors, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and
a living room in the lower floor and
another bedroom, the kitchen, dining
area and the terrace upstairs.

A simple lounge with
lovely wooden furniture makes those
nights when you want to relax in-front
of the TV or just wish to have a nice
conversation, easy and pleasurable.
The fact that the living area is split
over two levels, allows for a family
to either relax together or have
different groups do different things
without disturbing others. A
Television with DVD player, allows you to get
acquainted with Portuguese shows or
just rent a movie to watch at home after
a long day of sight-seeing, playing golf or
just relaxing out on the lovely
beaches that are all around Tavira

The kitchen
incorporates the dining are, and with
the terrace just outside the terrace
door, you can cook for the family or
entertain while still all being
together sharing the best moments of
the day. It is fully equipped for
self-catering with gas cooker and hob,
washing machine, dishwasher,
fridge/freezer, electric kettle,
toaster, crockery, glasses, cutlery
and utensils.

All the bedroom in the
house are double bedroom. Each have
wooden shutters that open to let in
the glorious sun and light that we get
here all year around. Each bedroom is
decorated in different styles and each
has traditional Moroccan tiles that
embrace you in their warmth and
colour.

A bathroom with a bath/shower,
WC, bidet hand basin are located in
each of the two floors of the house.

Earl's
House is situated in the center of
Historic Tavira just steps from the
River Gilão. Shops, restaurants,
bars are all within a few steps of
the front door. The garden where all
of the activities happen in Tavira
through-out the year, is just on the
other side of the river over one of
the many beautiful bridges that this
town has. If it is the beach you
want, then you can catch the ferry
almost outside the door that will wisk
you off to the barrier island
where all of this area's best
beaches are located. If is Gold that
you prefer, then you have access to
no fewer than 3 just 10 minutes
drive away. If you are more after a
relaxing sightseeing trip, then you
can visit any of the towns 35
churches, the old Moorish castle, or
just walk around the small narrow
coble-stoned streets where the
locals still sit outside and chat.
